I had to learn that the hard way.
For years, I searched for the “perfect” body, the “cleanest” foods, and the most flawless routine. I was chasing health, but I was doing it from a place of fear — not faith. I was consumed by rules, numbers, and toxic perfectionism. Somewhere along the way, I forgot that health is about wholeness, not obsession.
But God didn’t let me stay there. Through prayer, surrender, and real healing, He gently reminded me:
> “You are not your weight. You are not your struggle. You are My daughter — fearfully and wonderfully made.”
That’s when Domi Michelle Nutrition was born — not from vanity or pressure, but from stewardship. From a desire to help other women take care of their bodies from a place of love, not shame. From grace, not guilt.
