Stewardship over shame. Grace over guilt.
Introduction – Let’s get one thing straight
Nutrition isn’t about punishment. It’s not about obsessing over calories or chasing a perfect body. For me? It’s about stewardship—honoring the body God gave me with love, wisdom, and grace.
I believe your plate should nourish more than your body.It should nourish your spirit, too.
Nourishment is an Act of Worship
When I choose whole, life-giving foods, I’m not just “eating healthy.”I’m saying thank you to God for the vessel He gave me.Every meal becomes a moment of reverence—a chance to care for the temple I live in.
I don’t eat to shrink. I eat to thrive.I eat to show up in my calling with energy, clarity, and peace.
Restriction Has No Place in Grace
Let’s be real—diet culture loves fear.Fear of carbs, fear of fat, fear of being seen.
But fear is not from God.I don’t follow trends that say “don’t eat this” or “cut that.”I follow wisdom. I follow what makes my body feel strong, steady, and whole.
And guess what? That looks different for everyone. No guilt. No comparison. Just you and the Lord co-writing your health story.
Grace Means I Can Start Again—Anytime
I’ve had days where I skipped meals.I’ve had days where I spiraled in shame. But grace says, “You can begin again.”
I don’t need a perfect week to be worthy of nourishment.I don’t need to punish myself for eating dessert.I need grace, prayer, and a little protein
Final Thoughts
My approach to nutrition is rooted in love—not obsession. In truth—not trends. In faith—not fear.
