“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” – 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NIV)
We often think of stewardship in terms of finances or ministry—but God calls us to steward every area of our lives. That includes our bodies, our health, our habits, and the quiet ways we care for ourselves when no one is watching.
At Domi Michelle Nutrition, I believe that wellness is a form of worship. It’s not about chasing perfection or shrinking to fit the world’s standard—it’s about surrender. It’s about choosing nourishment over punishment, grace over guilt, and obedience over obsession.

What Does Stewardship Look Like in Health?
True stewardship isn’t about control. It’s about care.
It’s knowing that every time we move our body, choose whole foods, drink water, or get rest—we’re not just “being healthy.” We’re responding to God’s love with intentionality.
It's waking up and saying:
“Lord, thank You for this body. Show me how to treat it with wisdom and grace today.”
Stewardship is choosing to listen when your body whispers. It’s choosing rest when hustle calls your name. It’s walking in alignment with what God says—not what diet culture screams.
Grace Over Guilt
If you’ve struggled with inconsistency, self-sabotage, or shame… breathe.
God doesn’t need your hustle. He wants your heart. Start small. Stewardship begins with surrender, not striving.
That looks like:
Eating enough—even when the scale is loud.
Saying “no” to fads that strip you of peace.
Releasing control and inviting God into your wellness journey.
A Soft Invitation
Today, I invite you to return to grace.
Ask yourself:
“How can I honor God with my body today?”“How can I extend kindness to the temple He’s given me?”
That’s stewardship. That’s faith in motion.
Let’s walk this out together—in softness, in truth, and in the freedom Christ paid for.
With grace & nourishment,
Domi Michelle
